Mascot Fish shop is now hiring experienced 2 Filleters, 2 chefs:
Experienced Filleters
- Job responsibilities:
1. Stocking, restocking, and inventory management.
2. Handling fresh seafood and fillet fish
3. Preparing cold platters and sashimi platters.
- Working hours:
Monday to Thursday:
10:00-17:30, 7.5hs per day, $32/h.
Friday to Sunday:
09:00-18:00, 9hs per day, $32/h.
- Job requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a fish market, with professional filleting experience. Bonus apply.
Chef
-Job Responsibilities:
1.Preparing dishes and organising orders.
2.Clean fish and deal with some fresh seafood(training provided)
3.Cooking as requried
4.Managing the stoke
5.Keep kitchen clean
- Working Hours
Monday to Thursday:
10:30-13:30, 16:30-22:00, 8.5hs per day, $24/h.
Friday & Saturday:
Stuff A: 10:00-20:00, 10hs per day, $24/h on Friday and $28/h on Saturday.
Stuff B: 17:00-22:00, 5hs per day, $24/h on Friday and $28/h on Saturday.
Sunday:
Stuff A: 10:30-13:30, 16:30-18:30, 5hs per day, $28/h.
Stuff B: 17:00-22:00, 5hs per day, $28/h.
- Requirements:
1.Have experiences in kitchen especially fish & chips at least 6 months
2.Hard worker
3.Good personal hygiene
4.Have knowledge of processing seafood
5.TFN is required
