Boram Pty Ltd has been servicing the Building & Construction industry for over 15 years. Based on the Sydney working on diverse projects.
About the Position
The position is a full-time permanent position for the right candidate.
You will be required to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and within nominated constraints from pre-start to completion.
The Role Requires
- Preparing accurate BOQ and analysing drawings
- Preparing site documentation for projects
- Register and control project documentation
- Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding reading and understanding plans
- Excellent communication and be able to work to deadlines
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Prefer architectural background
- Sound understanding of the construction industry including the ability to read plans
- Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft office suite
- Training will be provided
Salary is Negotiable based on Qualification & Experience
($55,000 - $70,000)
