Your role would include but not be limited to the following:
• General Reception
• Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
• Helping pre-construction team prepare documents and application form
• Contact clients if necessary
• Greeting all visitors and offering meeting attendees refreshments upon arrival
• Answering and transferring calls to requested personnel as necessary
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
• Management of office supplies such as stationery, equipment and/or furniture
• Monitor the daily functioning of the office
• Maintain courteous and strong customer service skills
• Ensure a polite telephone manner and ensure that you are well-presented at all times
The following qualifications would be favourable:
• 12-18 months Administrator experience within a similar role
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills is desired
• Can do attitude
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve, work independently
• Above average communication skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Experience in the Construction industry is desirable but not essential
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
