About the role:
We are currently seeking anexperienced Administration officer with strong organisationskills, to join our very busy team at Sunny Pine Home Care ona permanent part-time basis. Reporting to the OperationalManager and Director, you will be responsible to provide quality reception,administration to staff, and external service providers. A key component ofthis role is to manage the staff rosters.
The role is responsible for:
· Coordinate staff rostering for facilitiesincluding rolling out the roster and coordinating the replacement of plannedand unplanned leave for Care staff
· Ensure the services are delivered in line with the facility'spolicies and procedures
· Filing and archiving of resident, client andother documents
· Ensuringstaff documentation is accurate and records are maintained.
· Assist in organizing/bookingstaff training
· Completing key human resource paperwork including contractsof employment and the HR registers.
· Administration support to the facility Manager
To be successful in this role you will have:
· At least 1 years’ experience providing administrationassistance to a senior manager preferably in healthcare/aged care
· Experience managing a staff rostering systems (Deputyexperience highly desirable)
· Experience managing client
· Demonstrated self-motivation, initiative, resilienceand problem-solving skills
· Demonstrated flexibility to adapt your approach andwork to changes in the environment
· High level of team working skills to cooperate withteam members and work collaboratively
· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with staff andmanagers.
· Excellent verbal communication to assesses andprovide appropriately tailored information and explanations to a diverse rangeof groups
· Proficient in MS Office, Gmail, Dropbox.
· ValidPolice Clearance less than 6 months old (or provide a receipt at interviewstage)
