As an exciting and innovative retailer, we are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced Mobile Phone Technician/ Sales Assistant that enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices
* Diagnose and solve problems on Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, HTC and other Brands and Models
* Carry out quality control test
* Provide training to new or junior staff to demonstrate excellent repair skills to customers

Requirements

* Proven work experience in Smartphone, Tablets and other Mobile Devices repair for at least 6 months
* Exceptional Mobile Phone Repair skills
* Strong technical attributes and responsibility
* Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
