Duties and Responsibilities

-Assess clients on the eligibility and requirements for their visa across a range of visa types including skilled migration, employer sponsored, partner, parent, student, working holiday, tourist etc. as well as citizenship applications and applications for review
-Engage clients from initial consultation to visa grant
-Prepare submission materials and other relevant documents for clients for their visa applications
-Liaise with the Department of Immigration where necessary on behalf of clients
-Comply with Registered Migration Agents Code of Conduct
-Create and maintain client relationships
-Maintain up to date knowledge of migration law, practice and policy

Requirements:

- Registered migration agent with at least 3 year working experience
-Capable in using LEAP migration manager experience and other online tools
-Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and team work spirit
-Genuine interest in migration spectrum
-Attention to details and focus on delivering outstanding customer service
-Fluent in both English and Chinese Mandarin(Spoken &Written)
-Proactive, well organised with time management skills
-Australia PR or equivalent
